The Fairbanking Foundation is setting up two Working Groups to input into its future strategy.
Banks face many pressures to change their operations, such as open banking, digitalisation and compliance with CMA/FCA criteria. In response to these the Fairbanking Foundation is examining how it might certify a whole organisation. To help with this project we have set up an Organisation and Digital Service Working Group to produce recommendations. This group will focus on certifying a whole organisation and digital service delivery. This represents a paradigm shift away from the product accreditation we've engaged in to date.
Our second Working Group will focus on the campaigning and advocacy space. This group will advise the Trustees on whether there is any specific campaigning or advocacy the Charity should engage in to support its charitable objectives that is not being covered by other organisations. This includes the development of a consumer presence on our website.
The Organisation and Digital Service group consists of:
- Chair: Trevor Barratt, The Foundation’s Quality Director
- Robert Kelly, ABCUL
- Robin Fieth, BSA
